I've always been drawn to stylized work with sharp edges and bold shapes, and this quality is evident in my own 2D work.
This concept by Big Squid Man inspired me to try and achieve this effect in 3D.

The most challenging aspect of creating this piece was in the compositing stage, as I had no prior experience using Nuke.
As with learning any new software, it was intimidating at first. However, through reaching out to my wonderful peers and instructors for assistance, I learned far more than I expected to in the five weeks this took to complete. I'd like to give a special thanks to my Demo Reel instructor, Miguel Ortega, for giving me a crash course in Nuke and really pushing this project.
